Senior Technical Support Engineer (Applix Inc)



Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science or equivalent is required.




Experience :

3+ years experience in Customer
Support environment and proven
customer service skills. Working
knowledge of Client/Server computing
environments (UNIX, Windows NT,
Windows 95) and relational databases
(Sybase, Oracle, Microsoft SQL)
preferred. Candidate should be
customer-oriented, a team player with
exceptional problem solving skills. Solid
customer communication skills (oral and
written) required. A self-motivated
individual who recognizes flexibility as
an integral part to working in a
challenging environment.
